Inside Sales Representative

The responsibilities of this position include making business development calls, answering incoming calls from our customers, assisting with part identification, and entering sales orders in compliance with our order entry procedures. Other duties will include following up on order status upon customer request, reporting customer issues to  Account Managers, issuing RMA's, and assist in other areas as required.

Required Skills: Good oral and written communication skills in English. Multi-lingual communication is a plus. Able to accurately manage details in a busy environment while maintaining a courteous and professional disposition. Must be computer literate (MS Office highly desirable), and have basic math skills. Some flexibility on work schedule is required.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED), some college preferred.
Experience: Inside or outside sales Service 2-3 years.
