WHY CHA?

We have—by far—the largest inventory of printer and scanner parts on Earth (over 4 million).

So What?

If you don’t buy directly from us, there’s a good chance your current spare parts vendor does. Don’t get us wrong, we love those parts brokers and we sell a lot of parts to them. But we would rather fill your requirements directly. An extra level in the purchasing process means higher costs, longer lead times and less authoritative support. When your equipment is down, we’ll get the needed parts directly to you immediately. Our in-house technical capability and proven quality system help eliminate DOA or improperly configured parts and the subsequent need for costly repeat service calls.

What About Price?

It costs money to maintain such a comprehensive repository of parts, consumables, and whole units. We continually invest in the people, training, test-beds, and infrastructure required to guarantee your satisfaction with our products and services. The scope of our product support ranges from the most current models to those that are decades old because businesses hold on to technology that is working for them. We are an important part of that on-going support plan.

But we also enjoy economies of scale that offset the cost of maintaining the biggest inventory and the most knowledgeable staff.

Sometimes our parts are a little cheaper, sometimes not. But in either case, the difference is insignificant compared to the cost of a repeat service call. What we really sell is reliability.

Why Should You Do Business Directly With Us?

The Politician vs. the Statesman: A cautionary tale

The politician worries about the next election; the statesman worries about the next generation. Similarly, CEOs worry about their company’s long-term interests, while most of their employees try to minimize their own “pain.” Purchasing agents are paid to save the company money, so naturally, they shop around. But who tracks hardware downtime, wasted manpower, call-backs, lost contracts and other consequences of being “penny wise but dollar foolish”? Result: short-term considerations rule…except when enlightened organizations encourage their corporate statesmen.

MORAL: We’re not just bigger…we’re better. And in the long run,

BETTER IS CHEAPER.
